About Ohlywerks by Praise Psalmist, Creative Director

Ohlywerks is a one-human design studio built to help brands show up with clarity and intent—from custom-made brand identities to scroll-stopping motion design. With a blend of creativity and strategy, I solve visual problems for brands that are real and honest, helping them connect with their audience. “Ohlywerks,” as a name, is inspired by my name “Psalmist”—one who writes sacred songs. Its meaning helps me reflect on the intention behind every project. “Werks” is a stylized name for "work" to reflect the craftsmanship and dedication poured into every project I create. Design is more than just execution—it’s a partnership, and my goal is to partner closely with brands to craft tailored, impactful visual experiences.
